Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Processing time does not include shipping time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During product launches, drops, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- USPS Ground Advantage: 3–7 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Locations
At this time, we ship to the Unites States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed off to USPS, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact USPS directly. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
